This is an independent position that requires maintaining perfection in all facets of the Azeeza showroom; presentation,  sales/promotion, client/customer management, organization and team management are the main focus of this position.


  • Manage main showroom floor and restock inventory when necessary
  • Service walk-in customers and clients
  • Manage orders, deliveries and pick-ups of garments
  • Visual merchandise as needed need; ensure luxury presentation
  • Ensure fitting rooms are ready for customers and client appointments
  • Quality control — checking merchandise for stains / damage post try-on, hanging / folding /steaming and promptly returning to the proper area of the sales floor
  • Learning the systems and procedures of Azeeza US to enhance personal selling efficiencies and support duties
  • Adhere to strict sales goals for self; manage team sales
  • Develop product knowledge by keeping up with trends, current and upcoming collections, shadowing client fittings and design consultations, and maintaining inventory and production systems
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards between team, cleaning service and self-executed
  • Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures both internally and externally


  • Client hospitality and management
  • Take measurements and notes during design sessions or client inquiries; ensure client notes and action items are turned around same day
  • E-commerce — pack + ship orders same day placed; ensure quality and inventory are noted
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • On-call customer service to existing clients
  • On-call to CEO to report sales, operations and handle remote requests


  • Pack shipments for sample pulls, clients, and as needed basis
  • Track upon deployment — alert client of shipment, tracking and delivery for both e-commerce and in-store sales


  • Ability to take direction and operate in a perfection-driven environment
  • Extremely time efficient and deadline-oriented, both daily and long term
  • Previous retail sales experience (luxury sales experience a plus)
  • Proactive ability to find solutions and resolve issues independently
  • Personable with ability to manage client and industry relationships
  • Knowledgeable of current fashion industry environment
  • Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm, with a commitment to the brand and the customer
  • Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
